I work with women at the level of their body, energy, and life patterns to create real, lasting change. Whether you come to me through acupuncture, menopause support, or coaching, the work goes deeper than symptoms or surface problems. We look at what’s actually happening underneath ..in your Qi, your nervous system, your emotions, and the way your life is currently organised. From there, things begin to shift. Clients book with me when they’ve reached a point where what they’ve been doing isn’t working anymore. They’re tired, overwhelmed, stuck, or in a period of transition… and they know they need something more than advice. They want clarity. They want to feel like themselves again. And they want change that actually lasts. That’s what this work is for.
